The Nanonetworking Research Group (NRG) was founded in 2010 by Dr. Tuna Tuğcu and Dr. Ali Emre Pusane to pursue research on nanonetworking and molecular communications. The group has significantly grown since then, with graduates employed in Spain, South Korea, Switzerland, and the USA.
Initially focused on analytical and simulation-based research, NRG has now started developing a nano-scale physical testbed for molecular communications. NRG aims extending this testbed to employ biological components.
